Volens was founded by people who built and ran enterprise automation for years: RPA estates with hundreds of bots, intelligent document pipelines, and the first generation of Copilot and AI-agent deployments inside large organisations.
We learned two things. First, automation only pays when it survives contact with messy reality: the scanned invoice, the exception nobody documented, the system that changed overnight. Second, enterprises will only trust autonomy they can inspect.

No. Every agent runs inside a policy you define: which tools it may call, which thresholds require approval, and which actions are never automated. Those limits are enforced by the runtime, not just by the prompt, and every action is on the ledger.
You choose. Volens Cloud in India or the EU, your own AWS, Google Cloud or Azure account, or fully inside your VPC. We never train models on customer data, and keys can be customer-managed.
SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Workday and Oracle through typed connectors, any REST or OData API quickly, and legacy desktop or web applications through computer-use agents when there is no API.
A scoped pilot runs on live volume within six to eight weeks of kick-off, after a two-week discovery. Most design partners have a signed-off production agent inside ninety days.
Not to start. Our engineers build the first agents with you and hand over with runbooks and enablement. Many customers then grow an internal team on top of Volens Studio and the SDK; we support either path.
