Who we are

What we collect and why

• Enquiry form and email. Your name, work email, company and anything you choose to tell us about your process. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to arrange a discovery call. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• Impact estimate. The figures you enter into the calculator stay in your browser. They are not sent to us.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site secure and available. These logs are not used to identify or profile you.

Cookies and analytics

volens.tech does not set tracking cookies and does not load third-party advertising or analytics scripts. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in future, we will update this notice and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and handle enquiries (for example, our hosting and email providers), under contracts that restrict their use of it. [Add provider names once the enquiry form backend is confirmed.]

Retention
